Devotional
In development, people rely on you—your decisions, your follow-through, your leadership. Deadlines, commitments, and responsibilities are interconnected. When one part breaks down, it affects the whole.
Dependability is a form of service. When others know they can count on you, it creates stability in an environment that is often unpredictable. Faithfulness builds trust over time, and trust becomes the foundation for strong relationships and successful projects.
Being dependable doesn’t mean being perfect. It means being consistent. It means doing what you say you will do. It means following through even when it’s inconvenient or difficult.
God calls you to faithfulness, not just success. A dependable leader reflects God’s own consistency—His promises never fail, and His character never changes.
In your work, your dependability may not always be noticed immediately, but over time it becomes evident. People begin to trust your word, rely on your leadership, and value your presence.
Serving others with excellence means being someone others can depend on—consistently, reliably, and faithfully.
