Most people in your world are under pressure: owners bearing financial risk, tenants managing staff and cash flow, attorneys juggling caseloads, lenders under scrutiny, colleagues chasing quotas. Encouragement can feel in short supply.
As a Christian broker, you carry the privilege of speaking life into weary hearts. A simple, sincere word—“You handled that meeting well,” “Your persistence has been impressive,” “I appreciate how fair you’ve been”—can become a beam of light in a heavy week.
Encouragement is not flattery. It doesn’t exaggerate or manipulate. It notices what is true and good and calls it out. When you do that, you build people up in ways that strengthen both their courage and your relationships.
Encouragement is a ministry that costs you little but can mean so much. Don’t underestimate the power of a timely, Spirit-led word.
