Skill in Managing Your Energy [Residential Broker #168]
Scripture
In quietness and trust shall be your strength. Isaiah 30:15.
Devotional
Your energy is a God-given resource. Some tasks drain it; others renew it. Some interactions exhaust you; others inspire you. Managing your energy intentionally allows you to serve clients with excellence without burning out.
Energy management includes:
resting when needed,
scheduling high-focus work when energy is strong,
protecting your emotional reserves,
limiting unnecessary stress,
and nourishing your heart with Scripture and prayer.
When your energy is well-managed, you’re more patient, more focused, more creative, and more compassionate. But when you are depleted, excellence becomes difficult to maintain.
Quietness and trust restore strength. God renews your energy when you rest in Him.
