Steadfastness in Seasons of Uncertainty [Sales Professional #160]
Scripture
“He will be the stability of your times.” — Isaiah 33:6 (ESV)
Devotional
Uncertainty is one of the hardest realities in sales—uncertain markets, uncertain leadership decisions, uncertain client budgets, uncertain future roles. It can feel like everything is shifting beneath your feet.
Isaiah declares that God Himself will be the stability of your times. Not your results. Not your company. Not your skills. God.
When you anchor your heart to the unchanging character of Christ, uncertainty loses its power to destabilize you. You become steady not because the world stabilizes, but because your life is built on the Rock.
Steadfastness is not stubbornness—it’s surrendered stability. It is the quiet, grounded trust that God will lead you through the fog and hold you together when everything around you feels shaky.

Am I anchoring myself in circumstances or in Christ?
How can I meditate on God’s unchanging character this week?
Prayer
Lord, be my stability in uncertain times. Anchor my heart in who You are, not what I can see. Help me remain steady, faithful, and rooted in Your unchanging truth. Amen.
