Scripture: “From everyone who has been given much, much will be demanded.” — Luke 12:48b
Devotional
Sometimes God blesses your practice with seasons of growth, abundance, and success. These are gifts—but also tests. Will you use this season to glorify God or elevate yourself? Will you grow in generosity or drift toward entitlement?
Abundance is not the time to relax your spiritual disciplines—it’s the time to reinforce them. Remain anchored in prayer. Stay open-handed with your resources. Share what you’ve learned with others. Use your increased platform for eternal purposes.
You may be tempted to attribute success to your own effort. Resist that urge. Scripture is clear: to whom much is given, much is required. Steward abundance with the same humility, faith, and Kingdom vision that marked you in leaner seasons.
Reflection Questions:
Are you currently in a season of abundance? If so, how are you stewarding it?
How can success either draw you closer to God—or distract you from Him?
What’s one way you could intentionally bless others with what you’ve been given?
Prayer
God, thank You for every blessing. Guard my heart from pride, and teach me to steward success with integrity, generosity, and eternal focus.
