Isaiah 30:21 — “And your ears shall hear a word behind you, saying, ‘This is the way, walk in it,’ when you turn to the right or when you turn to the left.”

Sometimes, God redirects your path in unexpected ways—a job loss, a closed door, a new opportunity, or a change in calling. These turns can feel disorienting, even frightening. You may wonder if you’ve missed something or if He has moved.
Isaiah 30:21 assures you that God remains your guide, even in the turns. He is able to whisper, “This is the way, walk in it,” as you face choices and transitions. Stewarding change means slowing down enough to listen—to Scripture, to godly counsel, to the quiet prompting of His Spirit.
Redirection is not failure; it is often guidance. The same God who led you into your last season will lead you into the next. Your responsibility is not to have the whole map, but to walk in obedience to the next step He makes clear.
