Strength for Another Day [Healthcare Professional #69]

Strength for Another Day [Healthcare Professional #69]

Scripture

“Because of the Lord’s great love we are not consumed… his mercies are new every morning.” — Lamentations 3:22–23 (ESV)

Devotional

There are days when you wonder how you will keep going. The demands, the fatigue, and the emotional weight can feel overwhelming.

But God provides strength for each day.

He does not give you all the strength you need for the future—He gives you what you need for today. His mercies are new every morning.

This means you don’t have to carry yesterday’s weight into today. You can start fresh, receiving His strength again.

Each day is an opportunity to rely on Him.

You may feel tired—but you are not without support.

God is faithful to sustain you, one day at a time.

Reflection Questions

• Are you carrying yesterday’s burdens into today?

• How can you receive God’s strength for this day?

Action Step

Start your day by acknowledging God’s new mercy and asking for strength specifically for today.

Prayer

Lord, thank You for new mercies. Give me strength for today and help me to rely on You. Amen.
