Scripture: “Blessed are the peacemakers, for they shall be called sons of God.” — Matthew 5:9 (ESV)

Devotional

Commercial transactions involve high stakes—tension between landlords and tenants, disagreements between partners, or stress between buyers and sellers. In these emotionally charged moments, you have the opportunity to be a peacemaker.

Peacemaking is not passive; it requires courage, patience, and wisdom. It means calming anxieties instead of amplifying them. It means offering clarity instead of confusion. It means seeking fair outcomes rather than fueling conflict.

When you bring peace into pressured moments, you demonstrate Christ’s presence. You show clients a different way of doing business—one grounded not in fear or pride but in grace and truth.

Reflection Questions:

·       Who in my current pipeline needs me to bring peace into the situation?

·       Do I tend to escalate tension or diffuse it?

Prayer

Lord, make me a peacemaker in every negotiation and conversation. Let Your calming presence flow through me today. Amen.
