Doing the right thing is not always the easy thing.
There will be moments in your career when integrity comes at a cost. You may face pressure to compromise, remain silent, or take a path that seems beneficial in the short term but conflicts with your convictions.
These moments require courage.
Biblical courage is not the absence of fear. It is the willingness to obey God despite fear.
Joshua faced enormous challenges when he assumed leadership of Israel. God did not promise an easy road. Instead, He promised His presence.
The same promise applies to you.
When you face difficult conversations, ethical decisions, or professional pressures, remember that you do not stand alone.
God is with you.
His presence gives you the strength to choose integrity over convenience, truth over comfort, and faithfulness over personal gain.
Courage grows each time you choose obedience.
And often, the decisions that require the greatest courage become the moments that most clearly reflect your faith.

• How does God's presence strengthen my courage?

Identify one situation where you need courage and commit to taking the next faithful step today.
Prayer
Lord, give me courage to do what is right regardless of the cost. Help me trust Your presence and remain faithful to You in every circumstance. Amen.
