Devotional
People feel loved when they are remembered. Remembering a client’s birthday, a key company milestone, a child’s graduation, or a challenge they shared with you communicates that they matter beyond the deal.
In a high-paced, numbers-driven environment, personal details can feel nonessential. Yet Jesus consistently noticed people—names, stories, needs. He remembered those others ignored. When you remember and acknowledge meaningful details, you mirror His attentiveness.
This doesn’t require grand gestures. A quick congratulatory text, an encouraging email, or bringing up something they mentioned weeks ago can make a deep impression. It tells clients, “You’re not just business to me. You’re a person I value.”
Such honoring love opens doors for deeper trust and, at times, deeper spiritual conversation.

Do I intentionally track and remember meaningful details about clients and partners?
Who could I honor this week with a simple act of remembering?
Prayer
Lord, help me remember people the way You remember me. Bring specific names and needs to mind, and show me how to honor them in simple but meaningful ways. Amen.
