Devotional
Integrity doesn’t always produce immediate results. In fact, you may watch others cut corners, play politics, or manipulate situations and appear to surge ahead. It’s tempting to wonder if your commitment to doing right is holding you back.
But integrity is a long game. Over time, people learn who they can trust. They remember who told them the truth, even when it was hard. They recall the broker who stayed faithful to their best interests. When storms come—lawsuits, failed projects, broken partnerships—those who built their careers on compromise often crumble. Those who walked in integrity, even slowly, find themselves standing on rock, not sand.
God sees every unseen act of honesty. He is weaving a harvest you may not yet see. Don’t abandon righteousness because shortcuts seem to win temporarily. The story isn’t over.

· Where do I feel weary or discouraged in doing what is right?
· How has God already used integrity to open doors or protect me, even if I didn’t see it in the moment?
Prayer
Father, strengthen me not to grow weary in doing good. Remind me that You are writing a longer story than I can see, and that walking in integrity is never in vain. Amen.
