Scripture: “And my God will meet all your needs according to the riches of his glory in Christ Jesus.” — Philippians 4:19
Devotional
In a profession centered on finances, it can be easy to subtly shift your trust—from God to income, performance, or market conditions.
But the truth remains: God is your provider.
Your business, your clients, your opportunities—they are all channels, not sources. When you begin to rely on them as your source, anxiety increases and pressure builds.
Trusting God as your provider brings freedom. It allows you to make decisions based on conviction, not fear. It enables generosity, even when it feels risky. It anchors your peace, regardless of external circumstances.
This doesn’t mean you neglect responsibility. It means you work diligently while trusting fully.
Your security is not found in what you earn—it is found in who God is.
Reflection Questions:
Where are you tempted to place your trust in financial stability instead of God?
How does that affect your peace and decision-making?
What would it look like to trust God more fully as your provider?
Prayer
Father, You are my provider. Help me trust You fully, work faithfully, and rest in Your provision.
