Scripture
“I planted the seed, Apollos watered it, but God has been making it grow.” — 1 Corinthians 3:6
Devotional
As you begin to live more intentionally in your faith at work, you may wonder: Is this making a difference? Are my actions and conversations having any real impact?
Scripture reminds us that we are not responsible for the results—we are responsible for faithfulness.
You may plant seeds through a conversation. You may water seeds through encouragement or support. But God is the one who brings growth. His work is often unseen, unfolding over time in ways you cannot measure.
This truth brings freedom. You do not need to force outcomes or carry the weight of someone else’s spiritual journey. You simply need to be available, obedient, and faithful.
Over time, God uses consistent faithfulness to create lasting impact. Your witness—both in how you live and what you say—becomes part of a larger story that He is writing.
Trust that He is working, even when you cannot see it.
