Sometimes changed plans are disappointments. Other times they are protections or redirections you cannot yet fully understand.
Wise leadership holds plans with both diligence and humility. You work carefully, prepare thoroughly, and pursue excellence—but you also recognize that God sees a broader picture than you do.
