One of the hardest parts of leadership and responsibility is not always having clear answers.
In banking, you may encounter situations where outcomes remain uncertain, information is incomplete, or decisions carry significant unknowns. These moments can create discomfort because you naturally want clarity and control.
But faith often requires moving forward without seeing the full picture.
Walking by faith does not mean acting carelessly or ignoring wisdom. It means trusting God even when you cannot fully predict the outcome. It means remaining faithful in what you know while depending on Him for what you do not.
God rarely reveals every detail in advance. Instead, He calls you to trust Him step by step.
This kind of trust produces humility, dependence, and spiritual maturity. It reminds you that you are not ultimately in control—and that is not a weakness. It is an invitation to rely more fully on God.
Today, trust Him with the unknowns you cannot resolve on your own.
