Scripture
“Cast your burden on the Lord, and he will sustain you…” — Psalm 55:22 (ESV)
Devotional
Responsibility can become heavy.
In banking, you may carry the weight of leadership, client expectations, financial decisions, regulatory pressure, and the desire to perform well. Over time, these responsibilities can become emotionally and spiritually exhausting.
God never intended for you to carry these burdens alone.
He invites you to bring them to Him. Not just occasionally, but continually.
Casting your burdens on the Lord does not remove responsibility—it changes how you carry it. Instead of operating from constant pressure and anxiety, you begin to work from a place of trust and dependence.
God sustains those who rely on Him. He provides strength when you feel depleted, wisdom when you feel uncertain, and peace when the pressure feels overwhelming.
Today, release the weight you were never meant to carry alone.
