Scripture: “If any of you lacks wisdom, you should ask God.” — James 1:5
Devotional
Knowledge is essential in accounting, but wisdom goes deeper. Knowledge understands information; wisdom discerns how to apply it rightly. Scripture reminds us that wisdom is not self-generated—it is a gift God gladly provides.
Wisdom helps you navigate complexity, uncertainty, and competing priorities. It informs judgment, shapes counsel, and tempers confidence with humility. In challenging situations, wisdom often matters more than technical expertise.
God invites you to ask for wisdom, not once, but continually. When you seek His guidance, He meets you with clarity and peace—even when answers are not immediate.
Today, lean not only on what you know, but on the God who knows all.
Reflection Questions
