But biblical leadership looks different from worldly leadership.
The world often views authority as control, status, or power. Jesus reframed it entirely. He taught that true leadership is rooted in service.
Stewarding authority wisely means using your position to help others flourish. It means leading with humility, fairness, and integrity. It means recognizing that authority is not something you own—it is something entrusted to you by God.
Servant leadership creates trust. It values people over ego and responsibility over recognition.
The way you use authority reveals the condition of your heart. When your leadership reflects humility and care, you reflect Christ.
Today, use whatever influence you have to serve rather than elevate yourself.
