Scripture: “And my God will meet all your needs according to the riches of his glory in Christ Jesus.” — Philippians 4:19
Devotional
It’s easy to fall into the mindset that your income depends solely on your clients—that your stability is tied to account retention, referral volume, or quarterly performance. But Scripture reminds us that while clients are part of your provision, they are not your ultimate source.
God alone is your Provider. He uses means like business success and loyal clients, but He is not limited by them. When a client leaves unexpectedly or a season slows down, you can trust that your security is not in the pipeline—it’s in the Provider.
This truth frees you to serve without fear, give without hoarding, and speak truth even when it risks financial loss. God’s storehouse is never empty. As you remain faithful, He will remain faithful too.
Reflection Questions:
Are there areas where you’ve looked to people, not God, to meet your needs?
How does trusting God as your source change how you respond to business setbacks?
What fears about provision can you release to the Lord today?
Prayer
God, thank You that You are my true Provider. Help me serve clients without fear, knowing my needs are met by Your faithful hand.
