Scripture: “Let the favor of the Lord our God be upon us, and establish the work of our hands upon us.” — Psalm 90:17 (ESV)
Devotional

Moses prayed that God would “establish” the work—strengthen it, make it meaningful, make it fruitful. Your work is not random. It’s not insignificant. It’s part of the larger story God is writing in the world.
Sales work matters because people matter.
Sales work matters because integrity matters.
Sales work matters because service matters.
Sales work matters because excellence reflects the character of Christ.
When you help clients, solve problems, provide solutions, or ease burdens, you reflect God’s heart for order, stewardship, and care. When you do your work with honesty and compassion, you shine His light in a world full of pressure and compromise.
Nothing done unto the Lord is wasted—not a single email, call, meeting, or conversation.
Reflection Questions:
· Do I believe my sales work truly matters to God?
· How has God used my role to bless others?
· What would change if I entered every day asking God to “establish my work”?
Prayer
Father, establish the work of my hands. Help me see the eternal significance in the tasks I perform each day. Let my work bring You glory and serve those You place in my path. Amen.
