Scripture: “So, whether you eat or drink, or whatever you do, do all to the glory of God.” — 1 Corinthians 10:31 (ESV)
Devotional
Commercial real estate is filled with mundane tasks—reviewing leases, running comps, assembling proposals, documenting site visits. Yet in God’s economy, even the smallest actions can become worship when done with a heart that desires to honor Him.
Worship isn’t limited to Sunday mornings; it flows into every email you send, every phone call you return, and every contract you prepare. When you pursue excellence—not perfection, but excellence—you are saying to God, “You are worthy of my best.” When integrity guides your decisions, you reflect His character. When you serve clients selflessly, you echo Jesus’ heart.
Your work can become an offering. Let today be filled with acts of worship disguised as professional responsibility.
Reflection Questions:
· What part of my job feels most mundane—and how can I offer it to God today?
· Does my work ethic reflect the God I serve?
Prayer
Lord, transform my perspective so I see each task as an act of worship. Help me glorify You in both the significant and the ordinary. Amen.
