Scripture: “The Lord is near to all who call on Him.” — Psalm 145:18 (ESV)

Devotional

As you drive through neighborhoods, walk through homes, and meet clients where they live, remember this: God is near. He is near to the family moving out in grief. He is near to the couple moving in with joy. He is near to the seller anxious about the future. And He is near to you as you serve them.

When you step into a neighborhood, you are stepping onto ground God already occupies. He knows the families who live there, the stories unfolding on each street, and the future He is shaping. Your footsteps are not random—they are part of His presence moving through communities.

Pray over the neighborhoods you enter. Pray for peace, safety, salvation, and blessing. Let your work become intercession. You may be the only person praying for those streets that day.

When you recognize that God is near—everywhere you go—you serve with confidence, compassion, and spiritual awareness.

Reflection Questions:

·       What neighborhood or client should I pray for today?

·       How can I cultivate spiritual awareness during showings or appointments?

·       Where have I sensed God’s presence in my work this week?

Prayer

Lord, thank You for being near in every neighborhood and every home. Open my eyes to see where You are moving. Let my presence bring prayer, peace, and blessing everywhere I go. Amen.
